Love these because they don't have the alcohol in them, but they are not the children's dose either. Go try to find them in the liquid form that way. I've fought anxiety all my life. It's in my DNA. These do not take it away completely like a medicine, but they also don't make you drowsy, they are not habit forming, they are not personality or mood altering. They take the edge off. They simply work! I really haven't noticed these doing much for my little bouts of anxiety, but they taste great and maybe they have a placebo effect. I would re-buy simply because they MIGHT work and because I like the taste so much.
