    Product Description

    Coconut sugar is derived from the sap of the coconut trees grown in the philippines than the coconut sugar harvested in indonesia. Farmers hand cut the coconut palm then harvest the sap from the cuts. This is then boiled and dehydrated on woks until it crystallizes. Then takes the product and does the sorting, grading, oven drying, and sieving. Sporting a light golden color, coconut won it harden and leave an aftertaste.
